Sky Italia has unveiled a revamped version of its NOW app for the Italian market. This update focuses on enhancing the user experience and introducing advanced features. The rollout is currently underway across all platforms.
The NOW app’s home page has undergone a significant redesign. It now prominently showcases the platform's diverse range of live and on-demand content. Users can easily access thematic sections such as Entertainment, Cinema, Sport, and their personalized Favorites list.
Navigation has been streamlined, making it simpler to switch between linear channels. A key improvement is the readily accessible electronic program guide (EPG). Users can now consult the EPG without interrupting their current viewing, effortlessly checking what's airing on other channels. Channel zapping is also noticeably faster.

The improved NOW app benefits from the integration of Peacock’s robust global infrastructure, provided by NBCUniversal. This collaboration delivers a more powerful and feature-rich app, aligning it with international competitors while preserving its strong entertainment and sports offerings. This app launch coincides with the migration of NOW to Universal’s technology platform.
